As an expert negotiator, Brittany excels at getting the best deal for her clients, but her ultimate goal is to nurture lifelong relationships that last well beyond the transaction.
Before real estate, Brittany nurtured patience and adaptability as an elementary educator, a role she also credits with honing her ability to listen and understand her clients' needs. Working as a long-time member of Legislative Affairs and Constituent Services at the Massachusetts State House, she deepened her dedication to integrity, confidentiality, clear communication and expert problem-solving.
Today, Brittany is the principal of The Carisella Group at Compass, where she has assembled a team of trusted professionals who expertly serve clients during every facet of the transaction. It's no surprise clients commend her patience, expansive industry know-how and ability to successfully navigate even the most challenging home searches and sales.
Originally from Wakefield, Brittany earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts and has resided throughout Greater Boston over the last 35 years, including South Boston and Charlestown. She's a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS® and the Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In her free time, Brittany enjoys running, skiing, snowboarding, paddleboarding, walking her mini goldendoodle Sadie, and vacationing with family and friends in York, Maine and Nantucket.
